Reflect on the Sermon with us at our Life Group Zoom, Mondays at 7:30PM.
Sermon Main Idea: Moses prays for Israel with the purpose of exalting God.
Text Notes:
- Israel constantly breaks their covenant with God. (v.9:22-24)
- Moses appeals to God’s character. (v.9:25-29)
- God reaffirms His commitment to covenant with Israel. (v.10:1-5)
Life Note: Our prayers must seek God’s Will in order to live God’s Will.
Prayer: Almighty God, no one can stand against Your Sovereignty and Power. No one can bear Your Judgment or repay You for Your Grace. You alone are Wonderful, Lord. You alone deserve praise. I pray, Lord, that as I come to You for Your direction and guidance, for Your providence and Will, that above all You would grant me a heart which is aligned with Yours. Show me Your Ways, O Lord, which are better than my own. Show me Your thoughts which are far higher than my own. Help me to live trusting in all that You will and do. All these things I pray in the Name of Jesus Christ my Lord, AMEN.
