Come to our Sunday Worship Service OR Listen to Rev. Moegagogo Solomona’s sermon from today’s 10AM Sunday Worship Livestream on our Facebook Page, www.facebook.com/ccmla.

Reflect on the Sermon with us at our Life Group Zoom, Mondays at 7:30PM.

Sermon Main Idea: Testing provides an opportunity to trust God more and to testify to His goodness.

Text Notes:

  • Revere the LORD in triumph. (v.10-15)
    • Israel’s proper response to God’s grace is to devote themselves to God, lest they turn against God and suffer His wrath.
  • Obey the LORD in trials. (v.16-19)
    • Moses reminds Israel not to doubt what God has planned in their time of testing, but to do what God has commanded.
  • Proclaim the LORD in your testimony. (v.20-25)
    • Israel’s motivation to follow God’s Word is because of God’s faithfulness.

Life Note: Trust God to turn your testing into a testimony of the Gospel.

Prayer: Eternal God, thank You for Your Presence with me in the midst of my highest highs and lowest lows. Thank You for Your Grace and Mercy even in the midst of my trials. Thank You for working all things together for my good and the good of Your Purpose. Please grow me in trust in You. Help me to be obedient to You in all situations. Help me to be at peace with Your Way and Will for me. I pray all of these things in Jesus’ Name, AMEN.
