Our Vision: To be a Church that reveals God and reconciles people to Him through Jesus Christ.

We exist to connect people to Jesus and each other.

We are a community focused on relationships, united by our relationship with God. As individuals who have encountered God’s love, we have come together to grow closer to Him. The relationship we have with God as individuals informs and transforms how we engage with others. As we grow closer to God, He is the One Who directs us, teaches us, and strengthens us to give Him glory both individually and as His Church.

TO EXALT

to bring attention to God as the focus of all our Worship, activities, and gatherings; to praise God; to uphold Him at the center of all we do.

TO EQUIP

to prepare believers in Christ to share the Gospel by teaching them God’s Truth, encouraging them, praying for them, and supporting them.

TO EVANGELIZE

to share with the world in truth and in love the Good News of Jesus Christ (see our “What We Believe” section);
to invite people to follow Jesus.

We have a big heart for God, Who has shown His boundless, unmatched love for us. Because of the love He has first shown to us, we are moved to share that love with others in the community. We welcome all desiring to Worship God to join us in fellowship and ministry. CCM is a place for:

More About Our Mission

We believe that all Worship Services, group studies, meetings, and fellowship events should give God glory. Our goal is to be united in focusing on God and His leading.

We believe that every believer in Jesus Christ is called to be a part of His work in the world. Sunday Sermon Series and teaching segments are opportunities to learn about God as He had shown Himself to be in Scripture. Gatherings, events, and outreach are times to be encouraged and grow in relationship with one another. Most importantly, prayer brings us near to God and allows us to be strengthened by Him. Teaching and fellowship prepare believers to do God’s work.

The word evangelize translates to “bring the good news.” Sharing with others the Good News, or Gospel, of Jesus Christ is the purpose of every person who follows God. Gatherings and studies are not only a place for believers, but for seekers of God, too. Outreach work within our local and international community not only meets the physical needs of others, but also points to Jesus.
